having problems with start up

hey guys, my morrowind for pc is having problems, i played on the x-box so i bought it for pc and the expansion games with it. however on start up during the loading phase, i get this warning coming up

Region 'Felsaad Coast Region' Weather Chances do not total 100 percent.

Chunk size 10 too big in chunk WEAT_ID in form REGN_ID.

Max size is 8, data truncated to "

so when i click on ok it crashes, and i do not know how to change it. can anyone help me please cheers

Have you installed any mods?

That's definatly a mod. What mod do you have that adds more land. An island or something like that.
