i need help badddd (SPOILERS)

ok im at the quest for the anvil reccomendation... im at the brina inn and i talked to the lady. wgen i tried to rent a room he just sais enjoy your stay like i had already rented a room i tried sleeping for 3 days straight i went to a diferent inn and slept for a couple days no matter what it wont let me get to the other room with the green marker... its my first time playing so i know that answer is going to be a Duh type one but plz help me if u can

You need to be a little clearer about what the problem is........do you need to talk to someone, meet with someone? What exactly happens when you try to get to the room with the green marker? Have you tried looking at the walkthrough for the Bruma recommendation found on this site?
Also writing in textspeak doesn't help you to be understood!

ok let me tell u what is exactly happening. I Am Dong The Anvil Reccomendation. I Was Told To Go To The Golden Road And Follow It Until I Got To The Inn On The Way There. When I Got There I Talked To The Women Who The Mages Guild Told Me I Should Talk To. She Told Me To Rent A Room In The Inn And we Would Talk Later. I Did This However I Belive I Had Already Rented A Room There To Get Away From The Sunlight When I Was A Vampire ... So When I Go To Talk To The Inn's Keeper He Just Sais I Hope The Room Is Comfortable. The Problem Is He Is Supposed To Give Me A Different Room Then The One I Am In Because The Green Marker Is On The Room 2 Doors Down... I Need To Know How I Can Make My Time Expire At This Inn So I Can Rent The Correct Room.

Coverage, first of all, welcome to the forums. I hope somebody here can help you. Just don't expect it right away, and don't bump your thread to bring attention to yourself, okay? It's really frowned upon, here.

A couple of other points. (Might as well get it all out of the way.) The sticky thread at the top of the forum, cleverly labeled HEY, YOU so nobody would read it, shows you should be SPOILER in the title of this thread. It gives away important quest information. I'll change this thread for you, but you'll need to do it yourself in the future, or your threads just might mysteriously vanish.

Finally, note our board has an international base, and for many people, English is a secondary or tertiary language. Please use standard English, no abbreviations, no odd capitalizations. It will make things easier, because more people will understand what you want, when you ask questions.

Good luck on your hunt for anwswers.

EDIT: Have you tried just resting for an hour in that room, then going to see if the other room is available--and if not, re-renting it?

So you got to the correct Inn, and talked to the correct woman. Fine. Did another woman then come and ask you if you are a Merchant, and say she would be afraid if she was you? YOU NEED THIS INTERACTION.
If you already HAVE a room at this Inn, then you need to hang around until that room booking expires, so that you can then book another room with Christophe. As soon as you can do that, the Quest ought to run properly.

But if it was me, I would reload from a save game and run the whole Quest again - after making sure your Vampire room booking has expired! - even if it is a bore, 'cos it looks as though you messed this one up.
