I think magic items are random. BUT I also think you get similar items several games in a row. For example, the first several games I played in Oblivion I ALWAYS found a ring of Waterwalking and a helmet of Life Detection very early in the game; at level 5ish+. But in recent games I have not. Instead, I have been finding Amulets that reflect magica and rings that protect from fire.
So, you stand a chance of getting something similar, I think, but not the same items.
And I wouldn't at all mind having your items, Flush!

:mischief: The color of night is Black, as the color of Oblivion is red. All live with the fact that Mehrunes Dagon rules, Ye who Closes Shut the Jaws of Oblivion will see the mouth of Oblivion closer than thou can imagine:mischief:

Congratulations on your finds! Hm. With my current character, Apple Candy Cane, I've managed to both find them and purchase them. She has stored the duplicates for an emergency.
Have a nice day!
Shhh! Be very quiet! I may be sleep writing and sleep reading!
