Why join Chaosmen?

Help! I've played through this game a couple of times, but I haven't found a single reason to join the Chaosmen faction! (apart from the few thousand XP you gain by joining) I can't even buy special faction-related items! Could someone who knows more about this game than I do tell me the secret of chaos?
