Divayth Fyr Main Quest Help (Spoilaz)

ok ok so im up to the part where divayth fyr gave me the potion for corprus... and i want his armour so... can i kill him yet without stuffing up the morrowind AND bloodmoon main quests?.. Oh and since i have 100% common diesese resistance is it still possible to become a lycan(Werewolf) or vampire?w

i went to him just like you for the cure, gets him the boots etc etc then i left his place and headed back for balmora, all the while on the journey i was thinking to myself "flying boots" i wonder what i could do with those? so i turned back to relieve him of them, what job i had it was a major battle trying to get them from him but as soon as i killed him, i was told to reload a previous saved game or my quest was doomed to fail, as for still becoming a werewolf or vampire, sorry i cant help you there!

Yes you can kill him but there is a full set of daedric in the game that you can find. The locations of the pieces are listed in the walkthrough. The werewolf. Yes. If you follow the BM main quest. Try talking to the vampire clan leaders. I'm not so sure but my friend who used to play said you could get infected through dialogue.
