Have I stuffed it, HOTUm Sleeping man quest

I have all the parts to the quest bar one.

Its the one that Inveres (writing on the wall), I completed his quest and didnt talk to him about the sleeping man.
I used the Clues written in the walk thru, which i dont use when i first play the game.
I tried looking for him but havent found him again.

Is there any way around this?

If you mean that you didn't talk to the scrivener about the Sleeping Man before he disappeared, I had this problem as well. You just have to find others to ask - for some reason the miners in the ice quarry will give you one, as will the Reaper, and the pilgrim outside the temple.

Will try the reaper and the pilgram but alsa i killed all the miners

The saga continues, well i tried but couldn't find the answere that the scrivern has.

So i saved my charater and started chapeter 3 again and i didnt get my 2 henchman. So is this normal?

You can miss out those clues easily enough - you can use thieving skills to get to the sleeping man and just wake him up.
