Multilplayer- Is it really this bugged?

Post by Sysadmin3000 »

Before I seem a bit negative let me say I think the game is great with a ton of potential and we really enjoy it.

I have been playing with my fiancee in multiplayer. We have several quests that she has received credit for or I have but not both, IE we both have quest A and B. I only receive credit for quest A and she only receives credit for quest B, though we both went to turn the quests in at the same time and even tried going back.

This has happend often and we seem to be stuck in elf land. We both had the quest to goto Ulm and sack the keep. Only I was able to receive credit for the completion of that quest. She cannot receive credit and we cannot go back and do the quest over again for her.

Is their a good way to deal with these problems? I saw the game editor sticky and thought about trying to modify those quests which have presented a problem for us. Aside from that any other ideas?

hi

First I don't know what version of the game u have but i still try to give you a helpful hand.I have the normal edition of Dungeon Lords with the 1.4 patch and still many quests in multiplayer are a pain.i played with a friend and for helping the girl at the Arindale tavern only I received the Bladedancer Ring and from the King of the Elves still only I received the Noble heraldry. There are many such problems in multiplayer...I still hope for a new patch that fixes this multiplayer problems and adds more stuff for the game.I think the character that speaks first with the quest giver receives the bonuses.Hope I could help you. :D
