sneak attack

is there a way for your rogue to move around an enemy and sneak attack in one move or do you have to move first then attack with a seperate action.

No you cant. To move and to take any other action is allways two different actions. If you want a fastmovingh rogue just take the feat dash (and maybe some monk or barbarian levels? hehe).
