Hex Workshop

I've just completed the Seth Silverbane quest and was looking forward to getting the awesome shuriken from his safehouse only to discover that those chests are unopenable in the version I'm playing: 1.4. I'm sick and tired of getting screwed out of prizes I rightfully earn due to bugs and unfinished content.

Then I recalled reading on these forums about something called the Hex Workshop that lets you change things around. I would really like to use that to right these wrongs. To me that wouldn't even be considered cheating.

Where can I get the Hex Workshop and how do I use it?

Have u tried downloading Steve2d Savegame Editor?You find it on the forum and is easily usable.But first u require Microsoft NetFramework 2.0.

Ah, thanks. I had tried that character editor but it didn't work for me. Then when I tried downloading that NetFramework thingy the editor started working. This certainly is neat.
