Crystal tower

I was talking to a mage in the arcane university and i was told that used crystal tower on an isle somwhere. I was looking for it and i never found it? I was wondering if it was near Lake Rumare or somthing. ( i plan to take EVERYTHING from there!)

Sorry, I think they're talking about Summerset Isle, which is outside the playable area of Cyrodiil. NPCs are constantly mentioning places that are off the map, which is admittedly somewhat annoying. (Although some of them might be locations from previous games in the ES series, or building anticipation for ES V).

annoying?!

I personally love when they talk about other locations. It feels for me as if the empire were real and im not stuck in Cyrodiil

Heh, I personally do not like too much talk about places that aren't there, I have a very nasty fixation thing going on - I try locating stuff to the point of insanity and then I just get annoyed when it isn't there. I still remember MW and a certain place that shall not be named cause it drove me crazy.
