questions about V1.4

I just downloaded V1.4, have'nt played in a while, will my saved game be fixed by the patch? will the heralds work now or will i need to start over for them to work? More importantly can I finially dual wield a medium weapon ?????

I'm sorry I can't give you an answer as I have the Collector's Edition 1.5 . But, I hope someone gives you the answer you are searching for.

For the medium dual wield i can definetly give you a straight answer:yes u can use 2 medium weapons as medium dual wield.With the heralds i found no problems in 1.4 but i would suggest to start over again to be sure they work.

When I was playing some time ago I was able to wield no-dachi and Wakizashi. So after the 1.4 patch... will I be able to wield no-dachi & katana with medium dual-wield?

I just when out and got CE, only $20!!


seems to be more difficult than 1.3

I'm trying a Sorcerer for the first time ( with Paladin ), hope that arcane magic helps later when the bosses get tough. Fireball twice a day is'nt very helpful right now.

better spells??

About your sorceror decision I think it's a good one fireball will deal more damage once you raise your arcane magic skill.The most spells you can buy from Alisteir the mage in Fargrove,Riane the Wicken in the Devil's Marsh,rune spells you can buy from that dwarven mage near lake Dire and nether kataals and spells from the Warlock in Skuldoon.But the most powerful arcane spell is in the Tomb of Souls(Kataclysm).It's an awesome spell and you can find it only here.It's more powerful then nova's.
