enchating tips please

hey, i have never used mage ability except restoration and destruction in the time of playing morrowind. however i have decided to make my own enchanted item. as i open up the screen the only spell i have is fire and no more options why is this. any tips or ideas would be grateful

As stated, this topic has been discussed multiple times. The site owner doesn't want duplicate threads on the boards, so I'm going to close it.
