Speaking of Sorcerers

Post by Philos »

Hadn't tried one before and started a new party recently with one in it. I also decided to multiclass as a bard too since I have a dedicated mage and wanted to be able to use some of the interesting bard items. Since both rely on Charisma this seemed like a natural fit.

This character is a wild elf, and as sorcerer is their favored class I don't need to worry about the xp penalty. So, my question is: How many levels in each would be good. I am not a power gamer just want to develop an interesting character. Presently she is Bard 2, Sorcerer 4. Charisma is 18 so no problems in that department.

The best bard song is the level5 song, so I'd consider taking 5 bard levels and the rest sorcerer levels.

Thanks

As always kmonster, good advice, appreciate it. Sounds like a good plan. I will level squat a bit and might get to Bard 5, Sorcerer 13 or 14 I hope. May use her in the first HoF party I put together, I like how she has worked out so far.

Thanks
