Hmm, first and foremost, I'll be mentioning things I did that are NOW illegal but at the time I did them they were not, and I still have them, which personally, i don't find illegal anyways as long as I'm not redistributing the game.
The main thing I did a while back was use DVD Decryptor to rip the contents off the DVD and onto my computer and into an ISO file.
Now, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, installed to a different directory, removed the mods, patched the game, not patched the game, and so forth. The problem is, whenever I load oblivion it goes immediately to the title screen, no cinematics or new meshes/textures will work.

That's all i get. Now with nothing cinematic or NEW graphics working, this means many of the mods I use also do not work. For instance, Short grass, a mod to reduce the size of the grass to increase FPS while having grass on, does not work. Rens Beauty Pack, Dwemer Spectacles, alternative armors, Poison spells, Arena Training Room, none of them work.
Any thoughts on what I should do?
