Can't Find Telvanni Mouths *Spoilers*

Okay, I know, Oblivion's out, but I can't afford a system that will run it.

I have a problem. I can't find the Telvanni Mouths. I've finally built a decent spellcaster, and I can't get into the one House that has all the magic.

I have been up and down every nook and cranny that I can think of in Tel Naga (the tower in Sadrith Mora), and I can't find the room with the Mouths in it. I can find Neloth, and a whole boatload of retainers (most of whom are too busy cussing me to help me find the Mouths), but no Mouths.

Could anyone possibly provide me with idiot-proof directions? As in, "turn right here, turn left there?"

I'm running Morrowind with Tribunal, the latest patch, La Femme Armor, Firemoth Fort, Adamantium Armor, and Better Bodies mods. I tried turning off everything except Morrowind and Tribunal, but no dice, and no Mouths. I've been in that room, once, a long time ago (before I had to go kill terrorists), and now that I'm back to home sweet home, I can't get anywhere.

The Mouths are not in Tel Naga. They are in the Telvanni Council House, which is East and South a bit of the Tel Naga tower.
