how many ways can u get it in f1 and what r those ways

There are 2 ways AFAIK. One is to get a Systolic Motivator from that guy in combat armor in BoS, deliver it to the tech on the third level and repair the armour yourself. The other one is to do a quest for Talus at the gym: rescue a Brotherhood initiate from the Hub (Old Town section, the building south of the exit grid). When you release him, Talus will give you an item to choose, one being the Power Armour.
