Other way of defeting master?

what is the other way of defeting the master cuz he is impossible to beat

Kill his Lieutenant at the Military Base, steal his card and use it on the computer in the Cathedral (don't know which one) to initate the selfdestruction sequence. The other way is to convince the Master that the mutants are sterile and that they will perish after one generation. This way he'll start the selfdestruct sequence himself.

Wear a children of the cathedral robe and just walk through the cathedral (no one will attack you except those standing by the bomb) and go left (opposite going to the master), take the elevator and kill the 2 nightstalkers and activate the bomb and get the hell out of there.
