Bloody Kids
my 18month old daughter has gone and erased ALL my saves on Morrowind, (my own fault i guess for turning my back for 2mins) i was up to level 42 had been playing the game for weeks but its all gone now anyway i had a number of really cool items 1 of them being a skeleton key, trouble is i cant remember where i got it from does anyone know where i can find it again please??

can you get it if you kill him? Because he wont let me do the bal molagamer quests.

I do know that he wont give Quest if your Skills are too low, as with all Quest givers. Sorry i could not be more Helpfull.

Just up your skills until you get to be able to get the quest from him. I'm not sure what the exact requirements for it are, but you should simply have to have one skill at a certain levelk, and a couple more at a slightly lower level.
There is a guide on Gamefaqs.com that covers the theives guild and gives you the exact requirements needed for advancement.

Eventhough he's the Master Thief, he has a high Moral standard.
Your either going to Cheat Via the Console if on PC, or go back to a Save Point before you MURDERED!
