Pimp hat? spoilers

What is the deal with the pimp hat? I mean i laughed my butt off when i first got it, but what does it really do? I thought behind the demon door or the Bordello was gonna be a pimp gloves, (or hand) but dont know.

It was kinda a let down i wish it did somthing other than make you look kinda dumb. I wish behind the door was like a full pimp outfit like a robe pants cape and cane that would be cool. And you get to pick your own color purple is cool and all but dark red would be cooler.

Does anyone know why the Russian is called Hedwig? Isn't that a bit weird?

Have no idea i guess they couldnt do eney other name and she is the weird one eney way so who cares the real question is why the hell is the bordello in the middle of darkwood why not oakvale or bowerstone.
