Help with planescape

I uninstalled Planescape: Torment, and later I descided I wanted to play it again. I put in cd 1 and to my joy it seems it still on my Pc. When I click Play there a kind of not found error. No problem, I could just uninstal it. How wrong was I. It can't find the map black isle/torment/uninst.isu ... Maybe I uninstalled it wrong and just removed the map, because there is no such thing as the black isle map!!!!

Help, please...
