T3-M4 wont join me

I find T3-M4 in the fuel line after getting off the ship and when I talk to him he just talks to me as if he is already a party member, i can upgrade him and he makes me spikes, but wont join my party, Ive reloaded many times and even reloaded the auto-save from the start of the space ship to no avail

Strange indeed. Just a few questions. Is T3-M4 in your party selection screen and are you in solo mode?

Can you control him or not?

He shows up in my party selection screen (Makes sense since I controlled him earlier in the space station) I cannot controll him. Although when I continue on without him, he seems to detect my enemies as his and he attacks and ends up dieing to them.

Have you tried going to the party selection screen and manually adding him to your party?

try to load an earlyer save.... if it's not working try to re if there are any patch of it...
