My neice is going away for college and I, having been there and done that, offered her some games from my library in order to counter the inevitable boredom during her downtime. Upon my recommendation (and the fact her desktop can't handle Morrowind specs) she selected my Icewind and BG sagas.
I remembered having some corrupted files on my BG: SoA discs, so I went through them today to find problems. I have two copies of the game, yet on both my Disc 2 is corrupted. On the lesser affected disk I was unable to copy:
AREA1000.bif
AREA_080B.bif
AREA_080A.bif
(The "_" indicated a character that I may or may not have forgotten. Sigh.)
I was wondering if anyone knew why I was getting MS-DOS errors, and if possible would they mind sending me righted copies of said files so I can burn an uncorrupted disk.
