Need some help...

Hi! I am back again!
I wasn't quite sure where to place this thread, so don't get mad

I've a little problem...a friend of mine has given me advice of some kind of project, which is creating some kinda of virtual reality, alike matrix or something...I'm not quite sure.
Well and the thing is that I can't find this project ANYWHERE!

(( And my friend know not much more that I do...exept that russians are making it and it has odd name...deep something...city? >_<
So...
The question is...perhaps you've heard something about this project???
