Also is their someone out their who has completed The Whole game 100%? Thats like All houses, everything found on the map, all caves and ayleid ruins filled out and really high health, magyk and fatigue.

Not me. I haven't even done the main quest once!I've had a few goes at it, but it irritates me to death that areas around gates slow everything down to a crawl even when the damn game doesn't crash...
I HAVE bought all houses, done Mage, Fighter and Thief guilds (not DB). and a lot of other minor city quests, but I doubt I've done everything.

Nope, and I've been playing since it came out. I did buy all the house, and finished all the guilds, except for DB where I'm half way there, and true enough I think I have explored a lot of the map. Am in no hurry though, am playing MW again. Slow is good.
And He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, Tell Me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane; tell Me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure, tell Me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other. And I kissed Him softly and whispered back, Touch my mind.

Once now. I did a completion, then created a temp game to cheat and have all the journal logs, every one of them that was in the cheat was also in the legit save game.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.

Been there...almost
Did the main quest. Did all the Guilds. Did all the Misc quests. Visited all the wayshrines. Visited all the Doomstones. Did the Easter Eggs. I was simultaneously working on the Deadric quests and killed Umbra before I knew she was Umbra and broke the quest line there, otherwise I would have finished the Deadric quests too. There's still lots to do - visit unmentioned dungeons and such, but I'm tired of the hack and slash. So I picked up Morrowind because of what I read about it on this forum. I love it. No little pointer telling me where to go. No little quest log telling me exactly what to do. More thinking.

I don't think there's really any way of knowing, since there's a million tiny little quests that you only find at farmhouses out in the middle of no where, etc. You'd have to comb every square inch of the map, not to mention do it all again when you're level 30 or so, since some quests only come up at certain levels...
you know what they say about all work and no play...
It's totally not worth the monetary rewards!!!

Been done, by myself, amongst many others...
The quests that you can find in the remote areas/farms/inns/taverns are not level dependent. These 'misc quests' can be done at any level at any time. Each location is marked on the map provided by Gamebanshee. SPOILER NOTE: there is at least one area not marked on this map that is quest dependent.. Search an you shall find.
Okay, there isn't a million tiny little quests. Of course that's an exageration. HOWEVER, some of these 'tiny' quests can reward you with awesome equipment. There's a certain shield that springs to mind.I don't think there's really any way of knowing, since there's a million tiny little quests that you only find at farmhouses out in the middle of no where, etc. You'd have to comb every square inch of the map, not to mention do it all again when you're level 30 or so, since some quests only come up at certain levels...

Erm, there is a way of knowing, there is a cheat that will fill your journal with every quest entry in the game, thus why I say I have completed it. I have legitimately done EVERY quest.I don't think there's really any way of knowing, since there's a million tiny little quests that you only find at farmhouses out in the middle of no where, etc. You'd have to comb every square inch of the map, not to mention do it all again when you're level 30 or so, since some quests only come up at certain levels...
