A tip for Wizards

If you are trying to make the uber-ist wizard, you should select The Astologer heraldry when starting the game. The magician heraldry is available upon completing the initiation quest for your guild and is the only good heraldry available. This will let you select the Hieruphant when you complete the initiation into the temple guild instead of having to choose between Hieruphant and Astrologer. Took me a few nights playing to figure this out and might save you some time.
