how to get to valley of ruin

i cant find the entrance. where is it. if u can help me it would help alot.

That's actually Vale of Ruin. First you have to get through Skuldoon and out the west exit, swing right up into the adjacent valley and talk to Staroxia at her tower, head to the far north to Lake Dire and directly north of there, talk to Grymlock at his tower to get a book with the symbols for the moonbridge to the vale of ruin. And of course you need a moonstone.
