nope I'm sure of this, he always lagged a bit when each of my team had boots of speed. early on he was first but not later. (this was kind of a let down as it made him seem as the worst char slowing everybody down.... at least untill he got into combat monks are crazy powerfull)
edit: woops forgot to mention, Crenshinibon did you use any mods for a monk thats faster then the boots ??
ps are there 5 boots of speed on the game or 6 ?? I know there is at least 5 from my run through as a monk. I hope it;s 5 as this time my party has no1 with an innate bonus to running and 1 person lagging behind makes the whole party wait for that 1 person in order to transit...............
My monk never used boots of speed. I always though that his movement rate was somehow lowered.
