Have trouble with Temple of Lathander (very urgent)

I have a big problem with Temple of Lathander.As you know, one of the quests given in Mae Var's guild hall is to steal a golden statue from Temple of Lathander.I have done this quest with Jan while he were invisible and an alert cried and knights attacked ,I did Jan invisible once more and ran out.I thought after time they will not attack.After long time I have come Temple District and knights attacked me.I have an evil party but I don't want to slay whole Lathander Temple.What shall i do

Slay them. Or go back to an older saved game, before Jan was caught. Or don't go near the Temple.

So the solution is slay them all,beacause neither I have no older save nor the chance of not going there.I will try invisibility to 10' radius :laugh:

If you go to the temple at night, you can steal it without being noticed.

That's an advantage of being evil

but my party is very interesting.My pc (fighter) is CE,other members are Korgan,Viconia,Edwin,Jan and the last member is Keldorn :laugh: .I choose him because I have Carsomyr and all you know that Carsomyr rocks.Keldorn is newbie in my party and I wonder what will happen after some days
