Venerable Vintage Quest (SPOILERS)

Hey. Does anybody know anything about the quest regarding the potion found in the hunter's run? It activated the quest "A venerable vintage" but I dont know what to do from there.

You can find the quest at the inn just across the bridge east of the Imperial city.

And it's called Wawnet Inn, Retributer.
