Hi, I've went to the Bandit Camp, got the bandits to follow me, And I lead them to Oakvale, but when I get out of the camp, and go down that path thingy, (Forgot the name) I see it's blocked of by a large wooden fence.. Someone tell me if I can get past it, or if it should be there, or shouldn't be...

It's supposed to be there. It's not a glitch. Are you going through a quest? Because, if you take the Lost Trader quest, the path that connects the Bandit Camp to Oakvale will be blocked. The only way is to teleport to Oakvale and use that very same path to get to the Bandit Camp in the Find Bandit Seeress quest. The barricade will disappear after you complete that quest.
