Problem getting my rank to house father or house brother PLZ HELP!

i have a problem building my stronghold and the person tha is helping me build my stronghold says i need 2 talk 2 him in fit for a house counciler. i wen t2 go talk 2 my sponsor and hes says i need 2 work on my skills and i already have the required skills 2 go up another rank. i used a cheat 2 bring up my ranging and my short skills.PLZ HELP!
NOTE: I'm in house hlaalu and playing xbox.

What about the attributes?

Also, check your journal for any tasks you have to do - this is a lot easier if you have Tribunal/Bloodmoon, which you should do if you are on Xbox.

yea im lvl 23 and im playing morrowind unless i have to do other quests for the duke

Ok guys, any more off topic posts that don't have anything to do with the original question will be deleted, and infractions will be handed out. You've all made your point about what you think should be done with this thread, but seeing as fable is a mod of this forum and has seen this thread, it seems as if he doesn't think this thread needs altered. I don't see a reason to alter it either.
