Please Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!

when you enter the slums, strait across from you and to the left are four bushes between two buildings. if you jump on the far right bush, run across them, and jump onto the building, you can jump from building to building all across the slums and find the vampiress alot easier. when i jumped onto the bush, i got stuck, and my character will not move. ive done this four or five times before and it worked so i dont know what the problem is. ive tried jumping and forward rolls and nothing works. if you have anything that can help, please tell me. Thanks in advance.

The problem is "YOU'RE STUCK" Either go back to an earlier save, or use the editor to get you to another location, then come back.
