So I went and did that side quest in Mournhold where there's a crazy lady who retreats underground and sets up these incredible dwemer mines, but once I got passed them, and killed her, I ook a few things from her body, including my favorite weapon, the daedric longbow, and her five remaining silver paralzying arrows. then I checked her corpse again, and there were fifty. Intrigued, I took the arrows and checked again, to find another fifty. And another, and another, and so on. I now have 10,000. It is sweet.
ps, I wrote this with my monitor off so excuse the spelling/grammar mistakes.
edit, oops, I meant infinite paralyzing silver arrows.
I think that is a pretty common bug/exploit. I've read about it in a few places, and I've encountered it myself.
I tend not to use the exploit though.... I try to keep the challenge in the game
