After playing 2 levels of Assassin I hadn't seen 1 singel death attack so I had to read the info again and to my big dissapointment I read that it only works if the target is out of combat.
So that seems ok. Or wait? When are the enemies ever out of comabt? I have max skill in Move Silent and Hide for my level plus a few skills from items. But that doesn't matter does it? No coz my party always follows me and get us in combat and I have them on max following distant.
So my question is, are there some way to get your party to stop following? A mod or something. Coz I really like the idea of the class but as it is right now I don't see any point in taking levels in Assassin.
Assassin and Death Attack
Also, I THINK that the Death Attack gets automatically applied to the Sneak Attack, so you wont see 'Death Attack' on screen.

At 1st level, the assassin can make a special sneak attack called a Death Attack. This functions exactly like rogue's sneak attack ability, except that the attack has a chance of paralyzing the target. The assassin's Death Attack inflicts an

xchagger has it right. Just use the broadcast command function. I do this all the time with my ranger/rogue. I have the party "stand their ground" at the entrance to an area while my character scouts around. Once I find a group of enemies I position my ranger behind them and then broadcast the command "follow me". Once the party gets in range of the baddies I issue the command "attack nearest". As the party charges forward to the baddies I sneak attack them from the rear.
This tactic is fun from a roleplaying perspective![Smile :)](./images/smilies/)
