Where is Azura's Star (Spoilers)

So, I'm finally getting Oblivion and I wanted to play Morrowind before I got it. I can't remember where the quest for the third trial is. It says that the needle of the eye is in the wind, or something like that. I've looked all through Azura's Coast and I can't find it no matter what.

Actually, Azura's Star has nothing to do with the third trial, they are totally unrelated.

The thread Magrus linked you to should get you started on the hunt for Azura's Star, and the [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/morrowind/locations.php"]GB Walkthrough[/url] will give you the information you need on the trials.
