Khelgar Quest at Old Owl Well [SPOILERS]

I have a problem with the dwarven scout quest.
I was in the lair, found a the collapsed passage, and was told by the journal, to turn back, and tell Khummar about it. But when i return, and talk with khumar, there is no option to tell him about the passage, just the same, as if i did nothing. I think, it's because i started with this instead of the orcs quest.
So the order i did

1. Dwarven scouts (but not ended because of this kinda "bug")
2. Yaomig's cave (met the fake emissary and the paladin too, saved in the mountain pass)

Please help me, cos i started the orc quest after the dwarven, but don't want to meet the fact, that i should have started with the orc quest instead of the dwarven too late, when i finished everything, but was'n able to finish Khelgar's.

It shouldn't make any difference if you do 'Dwarfen Scouts' or the orcs first. Also, I don't think the collapsed passage is something you can mention to Khulmar before you find ( spoiler -> )

Is it in the bugbear cave, where i found the collapsed passage?

I see, that the passage is not the trigger thing, but why did the journal change to "i should report it to Khulmar" when i reached the collapsed passage?
If not in the gugbear cave, then i will find it later, or when, where?

There are two things that are needed. The collapsed tunnel is one of them, the other thing is as Ningengirai mentioned before. As for the lokation (Spoiler (higlight to read) >> the gauntlets are in a chest in a room just before the collapsed tunnel <<spoiler. If you have met booth of these requirements the dialog should be availible.

I am guessing you need to have Khelgar in your party since you actually didn't mention.
