Post by DarthBob »

Can I just ask: WAT IS THE POINT OF THE PRESTIGE CLASSES?! why couldent thay just put the feats in for your type of char and then just put them in on a certain level? and the force powers like when you pass a certain bit? They did it with force crush why not every time you help or kill a jedi? its really annoying Kreia going: aaaaaa you can blah blah blah then me saying: o no its visas' master: this is a job for: EXILE MAN lol:laugh: theres no point!and that he was sooooooooooooo easy i didnt need a new class to beat him! SO WHY WHY WHY!!!!

Ehh, what is the point of this thread?

The point of prestige classes is customization. The point in the game not giving you various feats outright is because this is a roleplaying (type) game and not a FPS. The point in Visas master not being "difficult" to kill, well - good for you.

If you just want to rant, at least make it somewhat constructive, but do not expect to get taken seriously by anybody.

With a JEdi Consular you are forced to use a hybrid startegy early and mid. You use force powers to augment your team, and stun, then do a little cutting action for clean up. Once you get Jedi MAster you entire style of play changes. +6 against enemy resists completely alters your force powers.

No, I don't. A person posts nonconstructive "rants" about ... well, everything and nothing. So it is natural to question the validity of a thread.

I did not close it, nor gave infraction or warnings either, so I did not step in as a moderator.

I think it's basically to give you an opportuntiy to change your character class half way through the game if you want to. If you don't want to, you can always pick the 'same' prestige class as your original class, or not take a prestige class at all.

Another good reason for it that free level up...

no, not mean at all. true. simply asking why a game feature is pointless (and in such an annoying manner) is pointless.
