Dark brotherhood question

I declined the dark brotherhood the first time they asked me to join. ive beat all the quests eccept the dark brotherhood now and now i want to join. I guess im supposed to kill a person. Ive killed people while they are sleeping, while they are working, while they are walking and i killed em' in one hit. Shouldn't i be viseted by the dark brotherhodd by now?

I think if you look in your uncompleted quests you should find the one from the dark brotherhood telling you who to kill and then what to do.

no, if you dont join them on the first time, they dont arrive again.

This might sound dumb but i have the 360 version and the only things i can look at related to quests are active quests (none), Current quests, (dark brotherhood isnt in there), and Completed quests. where can i find my uncompleted quests.

well, i guess im screwed because the quest isnt in my current quests. DANG! thanks for the help though guys.

you should be able to still do the quest.
you have to kill rufias to move on in the quest line.
there should be a quest instructing you to kill him still

try sleeping!

this might b a dumb idea but have u actully tried sleeping as opposed to waiting since uve killed sum1. coz u ave to sleep in a secure location to b visited by the dark brotherhood. if that don't work or uve done it already then im fresh out of ideas lol. hope dat helps mate.
