I'm having some trouble installing Throne of Bhaal

Hey all. If you read the title, you might have gathered that I'm having trouble with the Throne of Bhaal installation. I've tried installing the game on Full install and on Minimum install, but both of them stop at a certain point and a message comes up saying there was been a "Component Transfer Error", and lists the following:

Component: Required_data
File Group: Minimum_25_Data
File: D:/data2.cab
Error: Incorrect Function

If it helps, this error happens at 40% during the Full install and 65% during the Minimum install.

Does anyone have any idea how I could fix this? If so, thanks in advance.

Sounds like a problem with the cd, if so we can't help you here. try cleaning the cd if that doesn't work your out of luck

Before you buy another CD, I would try to install this one on another computer, to see if the problem replicates. If it doesn't, then the problem could reside in your registry.

your CD is dirty....

clean it, and it will work(clean it well
