Daedric Light Armor?
is there such a thing? or are all daedric armor, heavy armor?

Normal game, all of it is heavy.
If you own the PC version of have some kind of Hook-up to your Xbox that'll let you use player made mods, you can easily find some light armor versions of daedric armor.
