Dark Brotherhood leader

I have done the stuff descriped on the other post just like this but it wont help. I have the problem with the leader of the dark brotherhood so that when he is almost dead he speaks to me and the window just says the same thing over and over and over... Any know way to fix this?

Now i have re-installed morrowind two times and it dosent work... Getting frustrated...

If he actually dies, check the floor below where he was, there should be a note of some form on the ground

The whole problem is really about him not dying. when he get's like 1/6 of his max hp it pops up an dialogue box. It says some stuff about me finding the dark brotherhood and he going to kill me.
