HIEPHERUS's Diary (Spoilers)

I read Hiepherus' diaries, and they mention the blade he was looking for and the horrid company of Six. I searched around Kuldahar/Pass, but found nothing of the kind. Does this Blade come into play later, or is it an unfinished quest?

The blade will come into play later, after you've completed a section of Dragon's Eye mountain.
