I have a little problem, yesterday i formed a nice party that includes Keldorn, and the problem is, can he equip the great Carsomyr +5. He is a sub class from paladin and the sword can only be equipped by an paladin

Yes he can. He is just a Paladin kit, he is still a Paladin. All kits can use items that their original class could use, unless stated otherwise, such as with the Beast Master's (a Ranger kit) use of metallic weapons.
