Trouble installing official plug-ins - Help!

I just purchased all the available plugins from Bethesda, but for some reason when I go to install them, it hangs after having me enter the activation code. If I try again it just hangs at the end of installshield loading, which makes me think the activation took at least, but I can't get it to install.

Has anyone had this happen and/or does anyone know how to fix it? I'd like to start a new game but I can't get the darn things to load...

As you just purchased the product, I'd suggest giving tech support a call. After that, I'd suggest trying the official boards--but call 'em, first. Your product is new enough to qualify for support.

Follow up

Solution given to me by tech support was to install them in safe mode (no networking). This worked, and they said this was a common problem that was being reported.
