Pilgrimages of the seven graces

I read through some of the past questions on this subject but didn't see anyone with this problem.

I have the XBOX version of the game and I'm trying to join the Temple guild. And I believe I've done all the pilgrimages, I have Valor, Humility, Daring, Justice, Pride and Courtesy all of which appear in my journel as completed.
Now the only one I don't have listed is Generosity because I think I did it early in the game without realizing it was part of this quest but just in case I went ahead and clicked on one of the shrines outside of Vivec's Palace door, donated the 100gp and got the message "your journel has been updated" and the little generosity message.

But when I check my journel I don't see an entry for this shrine and I think it's because I clicked on it earlier in the game so it's buried in my journel somewhere. But in either case it should be completed since I did it agian just to be sure and since that's all seven pilgrimages I should be able to complete it and get some duties from the guy right? nope, doesn't recognize that I've done all the shrines, so i'm stuck.

Hopeless?

I've reached the highest rank in the following

Mage guild
Fighter Guild
Morag Tong
House Televanii
Imperial Legion
Imperial Cult

These guilds are ongoing..
Blades
Ashlanders
Temple (stuck)

I'd gotten to the point where the temple wouldn't let me join because I had in my possesion the moon and the star so they were regecting me because I was proclaiming myself the Nereverine. This changed after I talked to Vivec so I thought I'd be able to join and of course from my post above they did accept me as a member but as decribed I can't get any duties because I can't complete the pilgrimage quest.

Another question, I found out the hard way that if you have a soul in Azura's Star and your completing the quest to build your stronghold in House Televanii she takes the star even if you have 2 reg Grand soul gems with souls in them and it's gone...

Please tell me I don't need it at any point after I've already used it to get the moon and star ring?

You don't need azura's star to get moon and star. It's just a reuseable soulgem.

Ok, well that's good. I thought it was needed to enter the door where the ring was located.
