I guess you all have seen the elf with full elven armor in the loading screens. Could anyone tell me where to find him/them?

is there one place to find him I dont think so the armor is leveled as you level up so does the armor that is availible to you so when you get to a high enough level you will find bandits in full elven armor all the time. If your a low level you wont find any elven armor
I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other gods you will understand why I dismiss yours.

I understand what u mean but I'm lvl 45 and haven't seen one looking like him. Also if you check the X360 screenshots page you will see the target i mean.
