I became a Vampire from the guy in the Dark Brotherhood quite a while ago. I had fun with it, especially with the Hunter's Eye spell I got. It helped out in caves.
Today, I decided that the need to feed was really annoying. I would often have to run for a house in desperation to escape the sun because I had no time to feed before. Then I would feed, and 24 hours later I would have to scramble for shelter again. It's not fun. Neither is the way that the disease messes up the face that I spent much time making for my Female Imperial.
I talked to the Count of Skingrad and got the Cure for Vampirism quest. I did all of the quests the Witch gave me: Got the 5 Grand Soul Gems, gathered miscellaneous ingrediants, and killed a fairly strong vampire. I got the 2 potions; I drank one and gave the other to the Count. He administered it to his wife, and gave me the reward.
My first action after completing the quest was to check out if my face had returned to normal. It had not, and that made me really annoyed. My question is this: Is there a way to get my face back to the way that it used to be? I'm kind of desperate.

If you have the luxury of having Oblivion on PC, then you do have a way to recreate your face. I will try to explain the process to you as simply as possible.
Open the console and type; “showracemenu”. Hit enter and do not close the console.
This should prompt up the window with possibilities to change your name, race and face.
Do the changes you want. When you are done and satisfied with your face, do not click “done”. Instead hit “Esc” and save your game. Then load that save game and now you’ll be able to continue playing with the pretty face, and your stats won’t get messed up.

Unfortunatley, I don't have a good enough PC to play Oblivion on it, so I play it in HDTV on my Xbox 360. Also great. Unfortunatley AGAIN, I don't have Xbox Live yet, so no online marketplace for me.
For Xbox 360 and Live users, can I download the Knights of the Nine expansion through the Online Marketplace?
But anyways, I think I spoke too soon. After just a few more hours of gameplay, I got my face back to almost-normal. The only blemish on it is a scar on the left cheek extending from the mouth that wasn't there before. It could be a result of aging or Vampirism, but I don't know if aging was implemented into the game. Is it?
