can you make armor?

or weapons?.. was looking at some mods and one of them was extra monsters or something.. and said the bones can be used to make armor... but i havnt seen anything else about it..
tried to search for it but think the search thing is down...

Beyond adding your own custom enchantments to non-magical items, you can't "make" weapons or armor in the stock game. There are some mods that will let you do so, however, so if I had to guess I'd say the mod you saw either includes that feature or depends on another mod that does.
