amusei takes a long time. just keep waiting.
if that doesn't work go do some other quests for a while and come back later.
Why am I fighting to live, if I'm just living to fight? Why am I trying to see, when there aint nothing in sight? Why am I trying to give, when no one gives me a try? Why am I dying to live, if I'm just living to die?

i dont kno if this should be in black print or something, but when your doing the qest after spring heel jack w/e take TONS of lock picks, or you will end up like i did, having to save it and load again and again with 1 lock pick trying on countless hard locks (took me 2 hours), also make sure to bring a bow and some arrows for practice shots with the arow key w/e, i jst dont want u to end up like me having to walk all the way back through the sewers which is friggin long

are you waiting like hitting the wait button and waiting for 24 hours or just sitting there and waiting?

Just keep waiting for 24 hours at a time then after you do it about 5 times or so then just wait normally. Just leave the game on for a couple minutes and he should show up.

if this doesn't work there might be something else you must do.

There's a known glitch with the last TG quest that bit me a while back (SPOILER:
Spoiler
If you read Springheel Jak's diary and ask the Grey Fox about knowing him, the last quest will never start
). If that's your problem and you're on 360, you might be hosed unless you have a saved game prior to finishing the Springheel Jak mission. If you're on the PC, this thread has the console codes to get the quest started:

Can the answer to this question be "No"?
