Some question?????

I have some questions and I hoped that someone could help me?

1-there was a quest for the contessa of bruma,then when I went to the ruin and crossed it i found a crumped note in a barelle beside the fortress and there was a key too and beside the fortress i found a chest that need a key o open it and tried to open it with the key i found in the barell but i failed so my question is
what is in the chest and what is the importance of the key?

2-the count of leyawinn has made me a knight and gave me a key to the white stillion farm so my question is
does he have any other quests to give?

3-my final question for now
is there any other guilds or groups to join other than the thieves,mages,dark brotherhood,vampires hunters,knights of leyawinn,blades?

Basically no, although he will give you 100GP bounty for every additional black bow you bring him. If you hang around the castle or the lodge until Mazoga shows up and talk to her, she'll offer to go hunting black bow bandits with you. And if you do the "Allies for Bruma" mission during the main quest, he'll ask you for a favor before he'll send reinforcements.

fighters guild, arena, knights of the thorn, maybe others.
